Article 1 (Definitions)

This application privacy policy (the "Privacy Policy") sets out how Busey handles user information in TripScrapbook (the "App") provided by Busey. For contact information regarding Busey, please see Article 7.

Article 2 (Information Collected, Purpose of Use, and Method of Collection)

In connection with your use of the App, the following information may be automatically collected for the purposes of service improvement, usage analysis, and advertisement delivery.
・Device information (OS type, app version, etc.)
・Identifiers required for advertisement delivery (advertising ID, etc.)
・Information on App usage (analysis via Firebase Analytics)
This information is not used for the purpose of identifying individuals.
The App accesses the photo library on your device. Selected photos and their capture date/time and location information (Exif data) are stored in the App's internal database.
If you use the backup feature, the selected data is sent to your own Dropbox account. The destination is your own account, and Busey does not collect this data. For how Dropbox handles data, please see Dropbox's Privacy Policy (https://www.dropbox.com/privacy).
If you use the Wi-Fi transfer feature, the selected data is sent directly to your own other device. No external server is involved.

Article 3 (Consent)

Please use the App only after reviewing and understanding this Privacy Policy. Users are asked to review this Privacy Policy when installing the App.

Article 4 (Information Collection Modules)

The following information collection modules, confirmed to comply with this App's privacy policy, automatically collect user information.
For details on the information collected, purpose of use, and provision to third parties, please refer to the privacy policy of each company linked below.

1. Google AdMob
　Purpose: Displaying advertisements

　Purpose: Analyzing App usage

Article 5 (Termination of Service and Handling of Information)

Use of the App is deemed to have ended when the user deletes the App.

Article 6 (Disclosure and Provision of Information)

Except in the following cases, we will not disclose or provide users' personal information to third parties.
・When the provider has given consent
・When required by law
・When necessary to protect a person's life, body, or property, and it is difficult to obtain the individual's consent
・When cooperation is required for a national or local government agency, or a party entrusted by them, to carry out duties prescribed by law, and obtaining the individual's consent would interfere with the performance of such duties
・In other cases where we determine it necessary based on generally accepted social norms, and it is difficult to obtain the individual's consent.

Article 8 (Changes)

This Privacy Policy may be revised.
1. If there are changes to the items of user information collected, changes to the purpose of use, or changes regarding provision to third parties, due to version upgrades or additional features of the App (such as backup or OCR functionality), this Privacy Policy will be revised accordingly.
2. Busey may review the handling of user information as appropriate and revise this Privacy Policy as necessary.
